    I never counted how many hours I study. What I do know is that I get a lot less sleep these days, and my sleep time lessens with every passing year. =D

    I don’t drink coffee or tea either. The problem with me is, I can’t sleep during the day no matter how hard I try. It just doesn’t happen and I don’t know why it’s so.
    So how I end up energizing myself is by going outside for a walk. It works really well. And another thing I noticed is that I retain information better when I study
    outdoors than indoors.
