    Hi,
I can’t give an exact number of hours. I think it depends a lot on the number of courses I have during the day. When I spend a whole day at school I just come home in the evening to rest. When I have few courses I can spend more time studying.

I would say I increase my hours about a week and a half before exams and a few days before the exam I go into intense mode.

I do the same thing, the last 3 days just before the exam being the most productive.

It also depends on my level of concentration: I can study a chapter really well in 10 minutes if I’m really concentrated and motivated or the same chapter can take 3 hours.

Also, there are a LOT of information to memorize and not enough time, so -unfortunately- sometimes I end up studying just to pass the exam, knowing that I’ll have to review the most important points after the exam when I have free time.
