Thanks QuickSelver for asking! Yes, we always need good people to help at Save the Cord Foundation. We never turn away a volunteer and we do also run an intership program which often attracts students either studying medicine, biology or even related specialist fields. I am not the person who runs those programs so I do not get involved in how many spaces are available, how they are attributed, etc. You should write directly to Charis Ober, Director of Save the Cord Foundation at info@savethecordfoundation.com Please mention that you heard about us from MedRookie! In your letter, please give details on your availability, location preferences, interests, etc. Unfortunately, our internship program is not paid at this time. If you do not get a response, please send me a message via MedRookie and I will follow up.
